Island kitchen with Ottawa and Metal Grey matt lacquered doors. The worktop in Fenix Castoro Ottawa (2 cm thick) and the “ceiling/floor” bookcase with shelves in Metal Grey and Fenix Castoro Ottawa matt lacquer.
Volumes that overlap and merge into a single equipped block: a new concept of kitchen island is born.
The integration of pure forms is the design tool that simultaneously satisfies the elegance of aesthetic rigor and the need for functionality.
The island hood is like a design object and, besides being indispensable and functional for the hob, it is a furnishing element for the equipped island.
Seductive is the disarming simplicity of this kitchen project: the absence of the superfluous is filled by the search for exclusive finishes, such as the worktop in Fenix Castoro Ottawa expressed in the same pigmentation as the Ottawa matt lacquer of the adjacent baskets.
The protruding tall units that house the oven and the convenient coffee machine highlight the boundary between one block and another, giving rhythm and depth to the composition.
The “J” handle socket inserted in the LINE fronts is perfectly integrated into the most up-to-date design, respecting the principles of ergonomics and aesthetics. To avoid the blemish of doubling the handle grip, the use of the Short Frame in the upper front is preferred.
